2. Eligibility

  • Age verification is required, and any participant found to be underage will be disqualified and ineligible for prizes.

3. Participation & Prizes

  • Participation is free. Users who make correct predictions will have a chance to win cash prizes.
  • A maximum of one winner will be selected per weekly round. If multiple users get all predictions correct, the winner will be selected by a random draw.
  • Winners will be notified via email and may be required to verify their identity before receiving their prize.
  • Identity verification may include submitting official ID proof to confirm age and details. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • Prize payouts will be sent via a pre-approved payment method which can include pre-paid VISA/MasterCard, PayPal or Crypto or other payment solution deemed suitable by the organizer
  • To qualify, the user must register an account with the specified sportsbook before the end of the round. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

4. Fair Play & Disqualification

  • Only one entry per person/IP address/household is allowed per week.
  • If a user submits multiple entries in the same round, all entries will be disqualified and the user may be banned.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the contest (e.g., using bots, multiple accounts, or fraudulent methods) will result in immediate disqualification.

5. Liability & Technical Issues

  • We are not responsible for any technical failures, network errors, software bugs, or other issues that may impact participation.
  • Participants agree to hold the company and its representatives harmless from any claims or liabilities related to the contest.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any disputes or disagreements regarding the contest or these Terms & Conditions, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution.
  • Any dispute must be reported in writing to our support team with full details.
  • If no resolution is reached, the company reserves the right to take legal action or seek alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
  • All decisions made by the company regarding disputes are final and binding.

7. Modifications & Termination

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time. Participants are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.
  • The company reserves the right to terminate or cancel the contest at any time, without prior notice.
  • Participants waive all claims against the company in case of cancellation.
